We always make every effort to deliver goods to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, complaints and returns can never be entirely avoided. To ensure that they are handled smoothly, we request that you strictly observe the following information.

To process your RMA quickly, we need advance information about the planned goods return consignment. Your RMA is processed using a unique number, and this RMA number should be referenced in all communication you have with Memorysolution GmbH regarding your RMA.

Please use the following RMA form for this purpose.

All components must be packaged properly according to the ESD Packaging Ordinance (DIN EN 61340-5-1) applicable in Germany and returned to us in ESD-compliant packaging.

1. All components must be packed in antistatic packaging.
2. All components must be packed in shock-proof packaging.
3. Please use outer packaging.
4. The RMA number must be clearly visible and attached to the outside of the package.

1. Send us an application for repair / exchange under warranty or return of goods.
2. Please indicate your return clearly on the outside of the package along with the RMA number and enclose the delivery’s return shipping bill.
3. Please send the return by freepost.
4. Returns without an RMA number will not be received / accepted.

Please provide a detailed description of the fault so that it can be identified. Unfortunately, we cannot accept general descriptions, such as “defective” or “not working”, as there is a risk that we or the manufacturer may not be able to identify the fault.

Products sent to us must arrive in the same condition as they left our premises. We cannot process components if the original or MSO labels have been removed and/or relabelled. This also applies to non-compliance with the antistatic requirements.
